This notice explains how personal data shared through chelseawharton.com is handled, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What I collect and why

When you use the contact form I receive your name, email address, company (if provided), area of interest and message. I use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent and the steps you request before any potential engagement (Art. 6.1(a) and 6.1(b) GDPR).

How it is processed

Form submissions are not stored in a website database. They are delivered by email to my inbox through Resend, an email delivery provider acting as data processor. Transfers outside the EEA, where they occur, rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted when no longer necessary, unless a longer period is legally required.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing chelsea@chelseawharton.com. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), www.aepd.es.
